HOTELS & ACCOMODATION

P & J Hotel
For a Google Map listings of all popular hotels around the festival area inlcuding links to their websites please CLICK HERE to open this information in a new browser window. This will give you a dynamic map showing where all the hotels are, and the links on the left marked by reference points marked "A" to "J", for more hotels further out scroll down the left menu side-bar and use the page numbering system to see more results. Remember the MG Ballrom is located on Lenton Boulevard inbetween Ilkeston Road and Derby Road - the nearest hotel being the P AND J HOTEL which is referenced by "A" on the Google Map. This LINK will show more hotels towards the city centre. We recommend booking well in advance to avoid disapointment. Nottingham has many hotels and can easily be found via Google, however with so much choice it can be quite confusing. So below are some recommended hotels anyway for ease of use -

  • P AND J HOTEL - Hotel nearest the venue
  • Express Holiday Inn - The closest of the largest chain hotels
  • The Strathdon Hotel - Located inbetween Junktion7 and Rock City Venues on Derby Road across from the Express Holiday Inn
  • Citilodge - A favourite amongst people visiting this city to go to rock gigs - many a rockstar has stayed here and has proved very popular for much 'rock star' shenanigans over time! Located next door to Nottinghams best rock pub "The Tap N Tumbler"
  • Crowne Plaza Motel (aka Royal Moathouse) - Located opposite "The Tap N Tumbler" with Rock City behind it, this is quite expensive but why not treat yourself at this luxurious hotel! ;)
  • Premier Apartments (aka Icehouse) - Although further out than most, this has proved very popular with people visiting Wildside in the past and is located next to the Ice Stadium
